Maximum Occupancy 6 ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Occupants found with a pet in their unit will be assessed a $500.00 penalty and could forfeit the remainder of their week. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: All reservations require a two night deposit; first night is non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival a one night deposit will be refunded. Any changes to an existing reservation must be made seven (7) days prior to your arrival or you will be charged the full amount of your original reservation. “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full amount.
